Lachlan Cox is not like any plumber I have ever done business with. I am most impressed with his friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner. He arrives when he says he will and explains how he will attend to the problem. He replies to phone calls and messages promptly and gives regular updates if it is a complicated job. He keeps to his quote price. His manner and honesty is outstanding. Once you have Lachlan attend to your plumbing needs, you will never use anyone else.

Lachy is pretty great. Have used his services twice now and recently for a new hot water service. On both occasions, which can be stressful, Lachy made it work easily and without a hassle. Easy to deal with and great communication.

Had Coxs plumbing services come out to sort a leak and he was great from start to finish. Super friendly, showed up on time, knew exactly what he was doing, and got the job done fast. No drama, no surprise costs, just honest work. Really appreciate how easy Lachlan was to deal with, explained everything in simple terms and even cleaned up after himself (rare these days!). Definitely my go-to plumber from now on. Highly recommend!
